Mendocino

Ronan returned from a full week at camp in Mendocino with all of the Brightworks community. He stayed in a cabin with his classmates, built fires, went on hikes, learned about the natural world and I’m sure thoroughly enjoyed his independence:)
He’s been telling me new facts about the Woodlands, the banana slugs, what plants are edible and which are not…

Ronan’s favorite memories were from “ocean day,” where he loved working with a crew on a big irrigation/drainage/ engineering project in the sand. Some things never change:)
What a life this child has stepped into! He is so much happier, more engaged, creative and wonderful to be around. We are very thankful to have found Brightworks!
