Horse Party!

Ever since we moved to Byrne a year ago, Austin has asked to have her 6th birthday party at the Westwind Barn, just down the trail from our home. And so it came it to be.
With great pride, she baked and decorated the cake all by herself:
We invited a small group of friends to join us for an afternoon of horse grooming and riding at the barn.
Away she goes on Jasper:
Ronan chose to observe the horse festivities and instead enjoyed chatting it up with guests, eating snacks and teaching the little ones how to use his remote controlled car.

Austin decided to hand out colorful bouquets of roses for her party gifts. I love how fitting that choice is for her personality.
