First Day of School

Earlier this week, Austin had her first day of preschool. You could not imagine a more excited girl! Finally something of her own.
She was beaming all morning long, with her chest puffed up and proud. When I brought her into her classroom, she worked and owned the space very quickly. I certainly had no business being there, but the policy of the first day was that the parents stayed. So, I tried my best to get out of her way!
I mean, where else do you get a dedicated person to read you story after story, of your own choosing? It’s the good life at preschool.
