Santa Cruz

The Packards invited us to Santa Cruz to be a part of their vacation time. As soon as we arrived, we headed over to the Boardwalk to go on a few rides with Seth. Smiles as the crew rode the motorboat around the bend.
The dinosaur was a big hit too, especially once the kids figured out how to achieve lift-off.
I love this shot of Ronan’s face– pure elation.
And flying their plane– not a bad view. Austin, in particular, loves the thrill of rides at the amusement park. She keeps saying “When I bigger, I ride roller coaster.” Watch out for this one!
Besides the fun of being with the Packard crew, Ronan and Austin were very excited to be reunited with Grandma Carol. She helped ease Austin into the water and patiently led Ronan around the beach in search of sea shells.
Gentry surprised us all by showing up on the beach. He had just landed on his feet a few miles down the coast, quite literally, after a skydiving trip. I was happy and relieved to see him in one piece!
