Getaway

We’re taking advantage of Spring Break and the generous offer of Grandparents to help, and heading to Carmel for a few days. Our first stop was the famed Denace the Menace park. Ro and Austin loved the wiggling bridge.
This slide is made of rotating metal tubes– super cool.
A Disneyland of parks. Not totally my scene, but it was certainly something to be seen. We were all ready to head out for a little rest.
The ocean was beautiful but super cold. We pulled out the ski gear! Nanna was brave to endure the high winds and chills to play with us.
