Bumble

We were lucky to make a visit out to Bumble last week– a new cafe opened by a local mom and friend. She has transformed an old cottage in Los Altos into an amazing gathering space for food, drinks and play. Here are the kids enjoying the white, silky sand in the front.
And here they are making a pretty enormous mess of scone and waffle crumbs. The food passed the test of my most discriminating eater:)
Out in the back, the kids loved pedaling around with their friends.
Austin could not get enough of the bike and as we left, she cried, “Mo bike! Mo bike please!”
The inside of the cafe has a playroom that I wish I could steal for my home. The kiddos working on the week’s grocery shopping…
I wish I had taken a shot of it, but one of the most impressive features is a huge aquarium built into the side of the playroom. Ronan spread himself out on the pillows underneath the tanks and was content as could be watching the fish swim by. We’re looking forward to our next trip back!
