I can hardly believe that a month has gone by…
Perhaps it is because the sleep deprivation makes a month feel like one long day or perhaps Austin’s sweet and gentle spirit makes her such a welcome and easy addition to the family. Here are some shots from her first month with us:
Milk coma
It’s been hard to capture the exact face, but Austin opens her mouth for food just as a bird does for worms. We’ve affectionately taken to the nickname “birdie” for our little lady.
She is a Houdini of sorts. We swaddle her as tight as can be, but without fail, she will wiggle her arms free.
