Working and Playing

Well, I guess they are all one in the same for Ronan.  Here’s what he’s been up to the last few weeks:

Hanging with Elmo and the all popular blue balloon.

Making enormous piles of acorns with Nana.

Playing rolly polly at the park with Kristina (aka Nina).

Accompanying me to the paint store for the 8th million time this week!  It was quite the temptation not to pull all those little sample jars off the shelves and do a little color mixing.  He did have fun, however, creating towers with rolls of masking tape.

I love this picture and the look of innocent glee on Ronan’s face.  We had been wrapping presents for a friend’s birthday and Ro decided that he wanted to open a present too.  What could be a better surprise for a 2 year-old than ripping off wrapping paper to discover a box of All-Bran from the pantry?

I thought this was amazing.  While I was cleaning dishes, Ro was hard at work creating.  He called me over to show me the “tree” he made.  Pretty cool- check it out.
