Just hanging out

A few weeks ago we spent the afternoon with one of Ronan’s buddies.
Ro was quite excited to discover Theo’s toys in the backyard. He dashed for the water table and spent the next hour scooping up water and drinking it, over and over again, happily drenching himself in the process.
Like I said, the kid could not be any more content. Give him the outdoors, friends and a way to make a mess with his hands and the smile persists.
Then it was time to move onto more productive endeavors.
As you can see, it took quite a lot of effort to decide what to make and if the food should be cooked on the stove or in the microwave. Ronan chimes in with his thoughts on the matter and the ever present, instructive index finger point.
