Meet Nugget!

The blog has been quiet the last few weeks as we’ve been integrating the newest member into our family. Officially named “Golden Nugget Underwood,” he goes by Nugget.
Gentry flew out to North Carolina to bring home the little guy:
Baba was at Byrne, of course, to greet his new friend.
I don’t think they come much cuter than this little guy…
Adorable, lovable, smart and A TON of work! I didn’t fully understand that a puppy meant we’d be returning to newborn days with night wakings and constant supervision. We’re working to teach Nugget to not bite our heels and steal our shoes. Ronan is enthusiastically training him to “sit.” It’s a full family (and extended family) effort and hopefully the investment now will pay off into a wonderful new addition to our clan.
