Summer Days

Since I’ve returned from my trip, the days have been pretty leisurely and simple around here. The little budding artists spent the morning with finger paint and watercolor.
Ronan made a “thunderstorm” painting– complete with a hurricane, an eye of the storm, rain, trees, mushrooms, lightening and sunshine.
Birdie painted a storm too (as well as her stomach).
Another morning we headed over to Rinconada pool to play in the “water park,” as the kids call it. Ronan and Austin had so much fun there with their friends, splashing, exploring and going down the slide. You can see their satisfied smiles after showering off:
