Discovery Museum

Earlier in the week we went to Sausalito to visit the Children’s Discovery Museum. Ronan loved that we got to go over the Golden Gate Bridge and took pictures enthusiastically from the window:
The first sighting at the Museum was an enormous Clifford walking around the grounds. Austin kept saying “scared of Clifford!” and asked to be held. She preferred to sit by this big, stationary version.
There was a camera that projected our images onto a screen with sharks and other wildlife behind us. The kids liked being on tv:)
There were some great outdoor spots to play, including a large, wooden boat.
Our builder took to his work very intently with these foam blocks.
Another hit were the hoola hoops.
Nana was surprisingly good with a hoola hoop herself.
Ronan was very interested in learning and asked for a lesson.
Big smiles as he figured out how to make the hoop go around!
It’s fun to continue to explore the sights around here. So many things to see!
