Gearing Up

Last weekend we traveled north into Wine Country to watch Heath and his buddy compete at Vineman– a half Ironman. The race entailed a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike ride and 13.1 mile run– no small feat. Here are the kiddos the night before the race, splashing and preparing for the Big Day.
