Hitting those milestones

It’s been a big week for little Ro. He’s flashing his lower lip in a way that we’ve come to recognize as his “proud” look. And proud indeed– after months of toppling sideways and wobbling his chicken-turned-pudgy legs, Ronan can now sit on his own.

Not only can he balance himself, but he has within reach his favorite toy– a hand-me-down, wooden snail. This combination adds up to big smiles.

Ronan’s getting busy working on his next “task” of crawling. He’s already quite skilled at the backwards shuffle.
